What we collect.
When you request the 2026 Benchmark, we collect your work email address. When you create an account in the dashboard, we collect your name, your company name, and the answers you give to the assessment.
We collect basic web analytics: page views, referrers, broad geography from IP, and user agent. We do not place advertising cookies. We do not sell or rent any of this data.
Why we collect it.
We use your email to send the benchmark report and the verification code that lets you access your dashboard. We use the assessment answers to compute your score and benchmark comparison. We use the analytics to understand which sections of the site work and which do not.
Where it lives.
Authentication and structured data are stored in Supabase. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. We do not share your data with any third party beyond what is operationally required to deliver these services.
Your rights.
You can export your data from the Settings page in the dashboard. You can delete your account from the same page. You can email us at hello@perform.digital and we will respond within 7 business days.
If you are in the EU or India, GDPR and the DPDP Act apply. We honor those rights regardless of where you are.
